ALWAYS send a note or an email to [email protected] when your student returns from any absence, with the date(s) absent, student’s full legal name and reason for absence. Please do not use nicknames because attendance is taken through Infinite Campus. We will not accept notes/emails after two weeks from date of absence. The absence will remain unexcused.
A DOCTOR’S NOTE is required for 3 or more consecutive days of absence. When absences (whether full day or part day) become chronic, students are expected to submit MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION verifying the reason for the absence(s).
