If you have your permit and want to get your license and are looking for your certificate of school enrollment form, DSA is unable to provide them at this time. Due to school closures, we do not have access to the notarized Certificate of School Enrollment forms. However, the DDS is allowing students to present other documents in lieu of the Certificate School of Enrollment as verification of good standing. Please feel free to visit the DDS website for a list of items they are accepting during this time. You may email Ms. Howard if further direction is needed.
